What Popular Songs Are Fusion-Able?
Fusion-able songs can be thought of as any song a paid DJ at a fusion event or festival would have in their playlist in the last year or so.
Some potential markers of a good fusion-able song are:
Clear beat
Dynamics to play with
Friendly for all dance skill levels (no "challenge" songs that are hard to partner dance to)
Refer to the embedded Spotify playlist of example songs that are a slice of all songs that have been sang live here at FlowState.Studio over the years.
Songs requested will be listened to and you may be asked to select another.
Please ask yourself: Have I heard this being DJ'ed at a fusion event?
NOTE: MOST popular karaoke songs are NOT good fusion dancing songs even though you "can" dance to them, this is known as a "challenge" song for more experienced dancers and tires out the attendees if played.
